The Suspected ISIS Member Brought To Parliament For Questioning

The Parliamentary Interpreter attached to Hanzard Department who was arrested over his  connection with ISIS And Thowheeth Jamaath Leader Mohommad Zahran had been brought to parliament to question him according to Police.

The suspect Jamaldeen Naushad had been arrested recently in Kurunagala accordance to information provided by a suspect in.custody .He didn't report to work properly after the incident it had been reported .

He was  one of the pioneers who formed the Thowheeth Jamaath  .

A Suspect Arrested Over Easter Sunday Bombings Had Been Handed Over To Terrorism Investigations Division

Aluthgama Police have handed over the
suspect Mohommad Basir Mohommad Fashan who was arrested in Darga Nagar , Beruwala on 27 th of April over his connection  with the Easter Sunday Bomb attackers, to Terrorism Investigations Division today (21) for further investigations .

During the questioning it has been revealed that the suspect has a close connection with main bomber of Easter Sunday attacks Mohommad Zahran .

Minister Baduideen To Resign From Post If The President And Premier Requested

Minister of Commerce and Industries
Rishad Baduideen has today  (21)told in Cabinet meeting that he along with  fellow Parliamentarians of his party  will resign from their posts if the President and Prime Minister request them to do so.

Minister Baduideen has also stated
 that he is not afraid to face the no confidence motion handed over against him to the speaker and it was presented by the Joint Opposition to destroy his political career .

Minister has also said that he had phoned the Army Commander recently  to get an information regarding a suspect and never influenced the commander as charged against him .

Meanwhile Minister Navin Dissanayake has stressed that he will vote against the no confidence motion against Minister Baduideen. State Minister Niroshan Perera had made a mistake by saying he will vote in favour of the motion Minister Dissanayake has stressed . 

CID Had Arrested An Ayurveda Student Who Had Close Contact With Cinnamon Grand Hotel Bomber

Criminal Investigations Department 
(CID) had arrested an Ayurveda student attached to Colombo University who had close contacts with the Cinnamon grand hotel bomber Mohommad Insaf Ahmed Ibrahim who was also the owner of a copper factory in Colombo.

CID has recovered the relationship between the Ayurveda student and the Suicide Bomber through the mobile phone of the bomber according to reports .

CID is currently questioning the student under detention orders it has been revealed.
