Husband Of The Murdered Female Singer Priyani Jayasinghe Was Remanded Over His Wife's Death

Husband of the deceased Female Singer Priyani Jayasinghe who had been arrested over the killing of the his singer wife was remanded until 23rd of July by the Panadura Magistrate Court today(10).

The suspect who was arrested  yesterday (09) near the Panadura Railway Station had been remanded after being produced before the Magistrate Court.

The late Singer Priyani Jayasinghe was stabbed to death with a scissor by attacking eight places in her body including her chest and spinal chord it has been revealed.

The husband of the deceased female Singer Late Priyani Jayasinghe who had stabbed  to death at her residence in Arukgoda,Panadura area yesterday (08)was arrested near Panadura Railway station this morning(09) over the death of late singer.

The suspect had stabbed the late singer to death with scissors according to Police.Both of them had fights during past year it has been revealed.

After murdering his wife the suspect had fled away from house.
