The Departure and Arrival times of

Several Sri Lankan Airlines flights scheduled for tomorrow(03) at the Katunayake, Bandaranaike International Airport have been cancelled due to an experimental flight over indian ocean the Sri Lankan Airlines had announced.

Accordingly flight times of  Colombo -Singapore,Colombo -Bangkok and Colombo-Kualalampur Sri Lsnkan Airlines flights and vice versa have been changed the Airlines has stated.More details can be obtained from the number 1979.

Four Persons Injured Due To A Tipper-Bus Collision

Four persons were injured and

hospitalized due to a Tipper-Bus collision in front of the Arachchikattuwa Pradeshiya Sabah last evening(01).

The injured who were travelling in the Tipper at the time of the accident were admitted to the Chilaw Hospital for treatment.

Two  Private Buses travelling from Vavuniya to Colombo and Puttalam To Colombo respectively attempting to   overtake  each other and as a result   One bus had collided with a Tipper arrived from  front according to the Arachchilattuwa Police.

Police have arrested the Bus driver who had caused the accident .

A 15 Year Old Girl Has Died And Her Boy Friend Was Injured Due To A Suicide Attempt

A 15 year old girl has died and her 20

year old boy friend was critically injured and hospitalized after both of them had jumping in front of a Colombo Fort-Galle bound train between Kumarakanda and Narigama Train Stations last night(01) according to the Hikkaduwa Police.

The Critically injured male who is a resident of Kahawa area was admitted to the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital in Galle for treatment.He had undergone two surgeries at the hospital it has besn revealed.

The deceased girl was a resident of Ambalangoda area.The cause of the incident not yet been revealed.
