A Person Was Shot And Killed In A Bus At Hambanthota
An unidentified Gunman had shot and killed a 30 year old suspect of a Murder Case while traveling in a Bus at Mirijjawila Junction in Hambanthota this noon(26).
The deceased who was a suspect of a murder case occurred in 2011 at Andupalana,Ranna area had on his way to home in Siyambalanduwa after appearing before the court case filed against him at Tangalle High Court.The wife of the deceased also their with him during the incident.
The gunman has fled away from the scene by a Mortar Car after the incident.

Colombo High Court Has Issued Summons Agian To President And Prtime Minister
Colombo High Court Judge Vikum Kaluarachchi has today(26) issued summons again to both the President
Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wikramsinghe to appear
before the Court on 24th of July this year to give an evidence of a court
case filed against the former General Secretary to the United National
Party(UNP) Tissa Attanayake .
The case was filed against the former UNP General Secretary Tissa Attanayake over publicizing a false document named as a secret agreement reached between President and Prime minister during the last Presidential Elections and attempting to make an impact to the election.
Court had earlier issued summons to the first and second witnesses of the case President and Prime Minister to appear before the Court today (26) .However both of them did not appear before the Court by citing their busy schedules and informed the situation to the court through their lawyers..
Due to this the High Court Judge again today issued summons to President and Prime Minister to appear before the court to give an evidence on 24th of July.
Some Sri Lankan Airlines Flights Have Been Cancelled Due To The Technical Defaults Of Some Planes
Sri Lankan Airlines had been cancelled two of it's flights scheduled for today(26) due to a
technical defaults experienced by some of the planes belonging to the
Airlines it has been reported.
Accordingly Sri Lanakan Airlines Flight schedule to fly to Karachchi,Pakistan at 1.20 p.m and a flight schedule to fly to Male in Maldives at 10.20 p/m today(26) have been cancelled.
Due to the technical defaults of some planes, some flights of Sri Lankan Airlines got delayed to get start since last Saturday(24). Due to this situation a large number of passengers due to fly in these flights have faced an enormous difficulties as a result of stranded in the Katunayake,Bandaranaike International Airport .
