Three persons persons killed due to a Oil Bowser Truck-Three
wheeler collision occurred at Kuruwita-Pussallawa area on Ratnapura-Colombo main road this evening(26).
Three persons traveling in the Three Wheeler including a female were killed due to the head collision occurred between the two vehicles according to the Police.
Kuruwita Police have arrested the driver of the Oil Bowser regarding the accident.

A Wild Elephant Was Severely Injured And Six Persons Injured And Hospitalized Due To A Wild Elephant-Lorry Collision
The legs of a Wild Elephant severely injured and six persons got injured and hospitalized after a Wild Elephant colliding with a Lorry on Trincomalee-Habarana main road last night(25).
The six injured persons traveling in the Lorry have been admitted to the Habarana Hospital and later three of them have been transferred to Dambulle Hospital for further treatment.
The accident occurred when a Lorry transporting vegetables from Dambulle Economic Center with six persons to Trincomalee was collided with a Wild Elephant crossing the road towards Kawudulla National Park last night.
Four legs of the Wild Elephant have been severely injured due to the collision and need to treat it for days according to the veterinary doctors who are treating the Elephant at present.
Habarana Police have arrested the Driver of the Lorry and the vehicle regarding the incident.

Deputy Minister Ranjan Ramanayake Again Received A Notice To Re Appear Before Supreme Court
Deputy Minister of Social Empowerment and Welfare Ranjan Ramanayake who had appeared before the
supreme court over contempt of court charges today (25)again received a notice to reappear before the commission on 21th of November .
The petition which was filed against Deputy Minister Ramanayake on contempt of court charges by the General Secretary of the Sinhala Ravaya organization Magalkande Sudantha Thero and Retiered Airforce personal Sunil Perera was taken up before hearing today (25) before justices Anil Gunaratne and Buvaneka Aluvihare.

President Has Extended The Duration Of Bond Commission By Another Six weeks
President Maithripala Sirisena has taken steps to
extend the duration of the Special Presidential Commission Of Inquiry which investigating on the Central Bank bond scam by another six weeks according to the Secretary to the Commission Sumathipala Udugamasuriya.
The duration of the Bonds Commission which ended the colllecting of evidence regarding the bond scam recently due to end on 27th of October and President has extended the duration of the commission until 08th of December as per the request made by the Commission to do so to continue the investigations on bond scam.
