Your wrist is made up of eight small bones known as carpals. They
support a tube that runs through your wrist. That tube, called the
carpal tunnel, has tendons and a nerve inside. It is covered by a
ligament, which holds it in place.
Wrist pain is common. Repetitive motion can damage your wrist. Everyday activities like typing, racquet sports or sewing can cause pain, or even carpal tunnel syndrome. Wrist pain with bruising and swelling can be a sign of injury. The signs of a possible fracture include misshapen joints and inability to move your wrist. Some wrist fractures are a result of osteoporosis.

to the Special Presidential Commission of Inquiry this morning
regarding an ongoing investigations on allegations leveled against them .
The former Economic Development Minister Rajapakshe has given a statement to the Commission regarding the ongoing investigations on fraud and irregularities occurred at Upcountry Development Authority.
Former IGP Balasuriya had given a statement regarding an investigation on an allegation leveled against him it has been reported.

MP Namal Rajapakshe Has Filed A Court Case Against FCID
Hambanthota United Peoples Freedom Alliance(UPFA) MP Namal Rajapakshe has today(10) filed a court case against the Police Financial Crimes Investigations Division(FCID) which investigating large scale financial frauds occurred during the previous government at Colombo District Court .
MP Rajapakshe has filed the court case at the Colombo District Court through a lawyer demanding Rs.100 million compensation for defaming him it has been reported.
MP Namal Rajapakshe who is the eldest son of former President Mahinda Rajapakshe has appeared before the FCID Several times regarding various allegations and he was arrested by the FCID Officials on last July after recorded a statement from him on obtaining funds illegally from a private Indian real estate company"Krish" Group to develop rugby in Sri Lanka.

More Than 70 Persons Including School Children Were Injured And Hospitalized Due To A Bus Accident In Agarapathana
Over 70 persons mostly School Children were injured and hospitalized this morning following the Private Bus they were traveling in fallen a deep narrow valley at Agarapathana area(Central Province).
The injured were admitted to the Agarapathana Base Hospital and most of the injured were discharged later as they have received minor injuries it has been reported.
The bus driver and five adults too there among the injured according to sources.
The accident has occurred as a Result of a technical difficulty of the Bus the sources have stated.
