No Threat Of Spreading H1N1 Influenza-A Virus In Sri Lanka-Ministry Of Health
The Ministry Of Health,Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine has today(10) assured there's no threat of spreading H1N1 Influenza -A Virus ,Popularly known as Swine Flu in Sri Lanka.
There's no truth on some media reports that stated three H1N1 Patients have been identified at Vavuniya Hospital (In Northern Province) according to the Ministry.
There were So many H1N1 suspected cases reported from Sri Lankan Government Hospitals during last few months and as they have given treatment successfully people should not panic on a H1N1 Epidemic in Sri Lanka. Health Ministry has further said.

Government To Prepare Constitutional Amendment Bill Within Next Six Months
The Constitutional Amendment Bill to draft the New Constitution will be prepared within next six months according to Minister Of Justice Wijedasa Rajapakshe.
The new constitution will be replaced the current 1978 Constitution headed by Executive President.
Within next three month period Government will seek opinions and views from the General Public regarding the Constitutional Amendments the Minister has said.

Sri Lankan Navy Has Arrested Five Persons When They Attempted To Smuggle A Stock Of Sea Cucumber To The Country
Sri Lankan Navy have today(10) arrested Five Persons at Kappaladi in Kalpitiya(In North Western Province) when they attempted to smuggle a stock of Sea Cucumber weighing 950 Kilo Grammes to the country from India via sea.
The Navy has also arrested the small fishing craft the suspects have been used to transport the stock of sea cucumber to the country.
The detained stock of Cucumber has been estimated as worth around Rs.10 million according to the Navy.
The Navy have handed over the Suspects along with the stock of cucumber to the Officials at Puttalam to take a legal action.
