Sri Lankan Navy Has Today (19)Detained 14 Indian Fishermen Who Were Fishing In Sri Lankan Waters
Sri Lankan Navy has today(19) detained 14 Indian Fishermen who were fishing in Sri Lankan Waters by violating International Borderline along with three boats they were in .
Sri Lankan Navy had arrested these Indian Fishermen with the help of Coast Guard when fishermen were fishing near seas of Delft Island belonging to Sri Lanka according to Navy.The arrested Indian Fishermen were taken to Kankasanthurai Harbor and handed them over to the Fisheries Department Officials.
Meanwhile the Minister Of Fisheries And Aquatic Resources Mahinda Amaraweera has earlier said the Sri Lankan Government will release the detained Indian Fishermen but will confiscate their boats and fishing equipment.

A Sudden Fire Has Broken Out At Building In Kolonnawa
A sudden fire has broken out at a Building belonging to Ceylon Electricity Board at Kolonnawa(In Colombo) this morning,
The Fire Brigade arrived the scene has managed to control the fire according to the sources.The fire has broken out at A Building situated in Meethotamulla,Kolonnawa and the cause of the fire has still not yet revealed.

Due To The Protest Walk Conducted By Unemployed Graduates Union A Heavy Traffic Prevailed At Many Roads In Colombo This Evening
A Group of Unemployed Graduates has conducted a protest walk between Colombo Fort to Prime Minister's Office in Colombo this noon by demanding a provision of employment for around 25,000 unemployed graduates in the country.
Due to this protest walk organized by Unemployed Graduates Union a heavy traffic prevailed in many roads in Colombo this noon as police have taken steps to closed some of the roads in Colombo City including Lotus Road to prevent a traffic block.
During the protest walk around ten members of Unemployed Graduates Union have received the chance to discuss this matter with Secretary to the Prime Minister Saman Ekanayake and the Secretary has informed the Representatives of Unemployed Graduates Union they will receive a solution for their demand through the budget to be presented to the Parliament on this Friday.
