German Foreign Minister Dr.Steinmeier To Visit Sri Lanka Next Tuesday

During his visit Dr.Steinmeier is due to hold talks with President Maithripala Sirisene ,Prime Minister Ranil Wikramasinghe,Foreign Minister Managala Samaraweera and Opposition Leader R.Sampanthan.German Foreign Minister is also due to visit the German Funded Sri Lankan -German Training Institute in Kilinochchi(In Northern Province) which scheduled to be inaugurated in May 2016.He will participate a tree planting ceremony too there afterwards.
Meanwhile the German Embassy In Colombo has today(19) announced it's Consular and Visa Section will be remained closed next Tuesday due to the German Foreign Minister's Visit here.
Police Have Arrested Two Suspects Over The Murder Of Five Year Old Girl And Remanded Them
The Police have today(19) arrested two suspects for questioning regarding the murder of five year old Seya Sademini who had been sexually molested and strangled to death near her residence last week .
The two suspects ,a 17 year old School Boy and another suspect who are neighbors of the deceased girl were arrested early this morning for questioning and later they were remanded until 28th of September according to the Police.
