President Ranil Wikramasinghe has declared the Petroleum services.the supply and distribution of petroleum and the Electricity as an essential services with effect from yesterday (20) the government has announced.
President's secretary E.M.S.B Ekanayake has issued a Gazette notification on this regard it has been reported.
