Astrologer Indika Thotuwatte had been arrested by the Cyber Crimes Division and remanded until 20 th of October over a statement made through the Social media paving a way to a conflict among religiona and races in the country.
The suspect was remanded by the Chief Magistrate Lochana Abeywikrama,Weerasinha after being produced before the Maligakanda Magistrate Court yesterday (06).
