The Government had decided to relax the import restrictions imposed on more than 300 items last year due to the US Dollar crisis .
Accordingly the Import restrictions imposed on more than 300 goods including Electronic goods,Sanitary ware and food items was relaxed with effect from 09 th of June.
A special Gazette Notification had been issued by the President as the Minister of Finance regarding the relaxing of these Import restrictions .
