Two persons were hospitalized with burn injuries due to a Car -Three wheeler collision occurred at Dehiwala flyover bridge last evening (31).
The fire that broke out as a result of the Vehicle collision caused burn injuries to the three wheeler driver and the Motor car driver .However the three females and two males travelled in the Motor car at the time of the incident had escaped after jumping out from the Car just minutes before the fire was broken out .
The incident occurred when the Three wheeler driver had attempted to overtake another vehicle at the Dehiwala flyover bridge .Fire brigade attached to the Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia Municipal council had doused the fire.
