The second reading of the Annual Budget proposals -2923 has been passed in the Parliament yesterday (22) by majority of 37 votes .Accordingly 121 had voted in favor of the Budget proposals and 84 voted against it .
One MP was absent at the time of the vote .The debate of the Appropriation Bill is scheduled to be held from 23rd of November to 08th of December and the voting will be held on 09th of December accordance to the Parliament sources,
