Employees attached to Sri Lanka Telecom had staged a massive protest campaign in front of Telecom headoffice Colombo Fort Railway Station and all Telecom Sub Offices Island wide this noon (25) demanding to halt Privatizing Sri Lanka Telecom . .
According to the Telecom Trade Unions which organized these protests have stated that selling of a profitable institution like Telecom cannot be accepted .Telecom trade unions have also stated that they will not allow to privatize the institution .
