Police have fired Tear gas and water cannons to disperse a protest march conducted by the students of Inter University Students Federation (IUSF) at Horton Place in Colombo-07 this evening (18).
The protest march was held demanding the release of convener of Inter University Students Federation (IUSF) Wasantha Mudalige and the convener of Inter University Bhikku Federation Galwewa Siridhamma who were arrested and keeping under detention under the terrorism prevention act .
