Due to the non availability of Foreign reserves in the country A ship carrying 99,000 Metric tones of Crude oil is still being anchored at the Colombo harbor it has been reported .
Although there's a facility to make the payment for the Crude oil ship a month after the unloading the Crude oil stocks, the ship is being kept in the sea since 17 days without a reason according to the reports .
On the other hand Sapugaskande Oil Refinery was also shut down recently .
