As the Government had increased the Value added tax (VAT ) on goods from 12 percent to 15 percent through the interim budget proposals presented to the Parliament recently ,Tobacco Companies had today (01) increased the price of a Cigarette from four price categories
Accordingly the Price of Cigarettes will be increased by Rs.3 ,5,10 and 15 respectively it has been announced .
