The government had issued a circular which enables the Government sector employees to go to a Foreign Employment for a five-year period with no-pay leave .
According to the Circular issued under the signature of the secretary to the Ministry of Finance,Economic stability and National Policies Permanent employees attached to State sector Corporations,Boards and Institutions can go abroad for foreign employment with no pay leave .
The aim of this scheme is to increase the country's foreign reserves and to utilize the human resources in an effective way The Ministry has announced .
