Public Utilities Commission had commenced talks with Lanka Indian Oil Company authorities regarding getting 7000 Metric tones of Diesel to generate power at Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB).
According to the President Of Public Utilities Commission Janaka Rathnayake ,talks are being held with the Chief Of Indian Oil Company Manoj Guptha in this regard ,
