Around 80 Percent Of Ceypetco Fuel Stations Had Shut Down

 Around 80 percent of Fuel stations belongs to the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (Ceypetco)  in the Island had been shut down up-to-date due to the fuel shortage caused by the Island Wide  strike launched by  Private Petroleum transport tank  truck owners it has been reported .

Long queues had seen today (02)in front of many fuel stations which were kept open .The Private Petroleum Transport  tank truck owners belongs to Lanka Indian Oil Company too had joined this strike today launched by demanding to increase their transport fares coincides  with price hike of fuel .

Meanwhile some truck owners had announced that they had stopped the trade union action after authorities had promised them to grant their demands .
