Although President Gotabaya Rajapakshe had advised the authorities not to implement an Island Wide Power Cut after 05th of March ,The Public utilities Commission had given permission to the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) to implement a seven and half hour long Power cut for two zones during tomorrow(08).
Accordingly seven and half hour Power cut will be implemented for E and F zones and another three hour Power cut will be implemented for the zones P,W,Q,R,S,T,U,V and W from 8 a.m in the morning to night .
