A Sudden Power failure had occurred in many parts of the Island this evening(12) as a result of the technical default of Kelanitissa and Kerawalapitiya Power plants according to Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB).
The National grid had lost 400 megawatts of Power as a result of the technical default of kelanithissa and Kerawalapitiya power plants the Board had stated ,.
