Vaccinating 12-15 Year Age Group With Anti Corona Vaccines To Be Inaugurated Tomorrow (07)

Vaccinating children belongs to the 12-15  year age group is scheduled to begin tomorrow (07) according to the Ministry Of Health ,

Accordingly the children belongs to the above age group will receive a single dose of Pfizer Corona vaccine as recommended by the local health authorities ,Earlier Sri Lankan Health sector had given Corona vaccines to around 30,000 children belongs to 15-19 year age group .

Meanwhile The Ministry Of Health has decided to speeding up the Booster shots within next few weeks and local government bodies are scheduled to be converted to vaccination centers under this programme  the Ministry has stated ,
