The authorities had agreed to the demand made by Milk powder importers to increase One kilo gramme of Milk Powder By Rs.200 according to sources .However the final decision regarding this will be decided at the Cost of living committee meeting scheduled to be held this week according to the State Minister Lasanthe Alagiyawanne .
During the meeting the Milk Powder Importers had requested the authorities to to give permission to increase the milk powder by Rs 350 .However later they have agreed to increase the Milk Powder by Rs.200 per a Kilogram
