Vaccinating Buddhist Bhikkus and Immigration and Emigration Officials at Katunayake ,Bandaranaike International Airport with Oxford -Astra Seneca "Covishield " Anti Corona Vaccine  had begun today (20) it has been reported .Accordingly Vaccinating Buddhist Bhikkus had begun from Kandy District today accordance  with the request made by Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaskhe from Ministry of Buddha Sasana.The second phase of Vaccinating Bhikkus will begin tomorrow (21) at Badulla District it has been revealed .

Meanwhile 450 Immigration and Emigration Officers attached to Katunayake International Airport are being vaccinated today with "Covishield " vaccine ,
