Those Arrived In From Italy ,Iran And South Korea Protested Against Quarantine Can Go Back To Those Countries -Army Media Spokesman

Chandana Wikramasimghe has told yesterday  (11)that anyone who arriving  from Corona virus hit Italy ,Iran and South Korea who did not want to undergo the 14 day quarantine process in Sri Lanka can go back to those countries again .

Addressing a Media Briefing held at National Defense Center in Colpetty the Army Media Spokesman has said that everyone arriving from those countries should have undergone the quarantine process at Batticaloa Private Campus and Kandakadu Rehabilitation center in POLONNARUWA.

All facilities including meals will be provided for those undergoing quarantine process in.these Centers he has revealed .

Few Sri Lankans arrived in from Italy ,Iran and South Korea had protested at the Katunayake Airport Terminal Building yesterday demanding not to quarantine them as they want to go to their houses as soon as possible .

Meanwhile Health Ministry Has yesterday issued a warning to those who were protestEd against the quarantine process to think of their family members first  especially their elders before refusing quarantine process .'If anyone arriving from those countries infected with Corona Virus it can be spread to their family members too .Therefore it's better for them to be quarantined under supervision of medical personal before going home "Director General Of Health Services Dr.Anil Jasinghe has stressed.
