A 24 hour water cut is scheduled to be
implemented in Negambo Municipal Council area and few surrounding areas from 9 a.m tomorrow (06) until 9 a.m on Tuesday (07) according to National Water Supplies and Drainage Board .
The water cut will be implemented due to a renovation work of the Water purification plant at Bambukuliya ,Negambo it has been announced .
Kochchikade ,Duwa,pitipana ,Pamunugama,Dunugalpitiya,Basiyawatte,Katana ,Katunauake Investment Promotions Zone and Airforce base are among the areas where the 24 hour cut is scheduled to be implemented .
