Presidential Secretary Has Ordered All Ministry Secretaries To Avoid Foreign Visits

Jayasundara has ordered all Ministry Secretaries ,Secretaries of them and Governors to avoid going abroad until further notice .

This order has been made under the instructions of President
 Gotabaya Rajapakshe .
