A court case filed against seven persons including former Defense Secretary and the current presidential candidate of Sri Lanka Podu Jana Peramuna Gotabaya Rajapakshe over misusing of Rs.30.3 million belonging to the government for building of a Memorial Museum behalf of late D.A Rajapaksje at Madamulana during former regime is scheduled to be heard daily before the first Tribunal Judge Panel of the Special High Court from 15th October.The special High Court Tribunal Judge panel has ordered the authorities to issue summons to four witnesses to appear before the Tribunal Judge Panel on 15th of October to give evidence .
