Tnstractions regarding this had given after examining the recommendations made by Special Presidential Investigations committee probed the Easter Sunday attacks it has been revealed .
Former Defense Secretary HemasirI Fernando had resigned from.his post after President Maithripala Sirisena had forced him to resign by taking the responsibility of not preventing the Easter Sunday attacks .
The former Defense Secretary had also given evidence before the Parliamentary Select Committee probing Easter Sunday attacks recently.
