Police Curfew To Be Imposed Island Wide From 9 P.M Tonight (14) Until 4 A.M Tomorrow(15) -Curfew Has Been Imposed In Gampaha From 6 P.M To 6 A.M

Police Curfew is due to be imposed

Island wide again today (14) for the second successive day from 9 p.m tonight until 4 a.m tomorrow (15) and Curfew has been imposed in Gampaha Police Division from 7 p.m tonight until 6 a.m tomorrow to avoid tense situation according to Police Media Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekare ..

Accordingly Police curfew has been already imposed in Gampaha police division including Minuwangoda,Gampaha,Ganemulla,Dompe,Malwathuhiripitiya,kirindiwela,nittambuwa,meerigama,,

,veyangoda,weeragula,pugoda,pallewela,weliweriya and yakkala areas of Gampaha .

The curfew imposed in North western province since last noon had been lifted at 4 p.m this evening (14) and re impoised at 6 p.m .It is due to be lifted at 6 a.m tomorrow morning (15) according to police.
