Locals Who Had Gone To Join ISIS In 2016 Were Among Sunday Bombing Suspects-P.M Wikramasimghe

Locals who had gone to Syria in 2016 to
join ISIS terrorist organization and return to Sri Lanka after militant training  were among the suspects who are responsible for Easter sunday bombings Prime Minister Ranil Wikramasimghe has told the Foreign Journalists today(24).

Addressing at a press briefing held for foreign journalists in Colombo today Premier Wikramasinghe has stressed that Some of the militants arrived in for the explosions still on run with explosives.

Island wide search operations are currently underway to find out these suspects who are hiding in houses he said .There was an international link related to the sunday bombings premier has further said.

Meanwhile Premier has earlier revealed that there was an attempt to carry out  ninth suicide attack at another star hotel in Colombo on sunday ,However it failed .He has denied to reveal the name of the hotel as it might affects  the activities of the hotel.
