Sri Lanka has today (02)gained full
member status of the Intenational Cricket Council (ICC)after 9 years according to newly elected Sri Lanka Cricket Board chairman Shammi silva.
The full member status had been given to Sri Lanka during an Executive Committee meeting of the ICC held in Dubai today .
Earlier ICC had given observer status to Sri Lanka due to not holding Cricket board election on time .
