Minor Earth Tremors Reported From Four Areas In Badulla

Minor Earth Tremors had been  experienced  in Passara ,Welimada,Hali-Ela and Kandeketiya areas in Badulla District this morning (16) between 8.15 a.m to 8.20 a.m according to According to Disaster Management Unit of Badulla District .

As no casualties had been reported due to the earth tremors ,People should have not panic 
over the situation the Disaster Management Unit has stressed.

Badulla District Disaster Management Unit along With Geology and Mining Office had launched a programme to get technical details on the earth tremors .
