Officers attached to Anti Narcotic Unit
of Excise Department have today (05)arrested two persons with 110 Kilo Grammes of Heroin at Wellawatta and Piliyandala areas .
The haul of Heroin taken in to custody had been stored in 1 Kilo gramme each in 110 bags and hidden inside a house in Piliyandala area it has been reported.
The officers have arrested the two suspects whilst transporting a haul of Heroin at Wellawatta and the hidden stock of Heroin had been recovered accordance the information provided by them .
The estimated value of the haul of Heroin taken in to custody is more than Rs.1100 million it has been revealed .
