A 11 year old School Girl had been admitted to Karapitiya Teaching Hospital with serious injuries after a 15 year old School Boy has attacked her with a Knife at a Forest area in Egodagoda area ,Hikkaduwa last Friday(04). The suspected boy had been arrested by the Hikkaduwa Police and remanded under probation custody until 14 th of January after producing before Galle Magistrate Court.
The incident occurred when a heated argument between the two who had gone to the forest to build a play house ,developed in to an anger and as a result the boy had attacked the girl with a knife to her neck and face it has been revealed.
