A 45 year old Heroin Smuggler had
been sentenced to death by the Colombo High Court Judge Gihan Pilapitiya today (12)over Heroin smuggling and keeping 18.94 Grammes of Heroin in his possession .
The Accused who is a resident of Maradana, Colombo area has been arrested and remanded on 7 th of January 2013 over keeping in possession a haul of Heroin .
Attorney General had indicted the accused over the charges .
