Police have arrested a 40 year old person with a foreign made Hand Grenade and 2.35 grammes of Heroin in his possession at Pattiya area in Kelaniya yesterday (17).The suspect who is a resident of Kelnaiya is due to be produced before the Colombo Magistrate Court today(18).
