UPDATED-Cabinet Reshuffle: Same Cabinet Ministers Were Given Different Portfolios-General Fonseka Again Not Given The Defense Ministry

Eighteen  Cabinet Ministers have been
sworn in their Ministerial posts before the President Maithripala Sirisena under the government's so called Cabinet Reshuffle taken place yesterday (01). However All the Ministers Sworn in were there in the Old Cabinet too and only their posts were shuffled  .

The salient feature of the New Cabinet is  not giving the most important Law and order Ministry to the most  suitable candidate for the Ministry the Former Army Commander Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka for just to entertain the political thieves who robbed public money during the previous regime and their henchman social media supporters who are willing to share any lie spreads  on Field Marshal Fonseka.

The Names of the Cabinet Ministers sworn in are as follows.

The new Cabinet Ministers were sworn in before President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat today (01). Accordingly, 18 new Cabinet Ministers were sworn in before the President.
Following are the Ministers and their portfolios:
01 Hon. Lakshman Kiriella – Minister of Public Enterprise and Kandy Development
02 Hon. Sarath Amunugama- Minister of Science, Technology and Research, Skills Development and Vocational Training, and Hill Country Heritage
03 Hon. S. B. Navinna-Minister of Internal Affairs and Wayamba Development
04 Hon. Mahinda Amaraweera: Minister of Agriculture
05 Hon. Duminda Dissanayake: Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources Management and Disaster Management
06 Hon. Vijith Vijayamuni Zoysa: Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development and Rural Economy
07 Hon. P. Harrison – Minister of Social Empowerment
  1. Hon. Kabir Hashim – Minister of Highways and Road Development
09 Hon. Ranjith Maddumabandara – Minister of Public Administration and Management and Law and Oder
  1. Hon. Thalatha Athukorala – Minister of Justice and Prison Reform
11.Hon. Faiszer Musthapha – Minister of Sports, Provincial Councils and Local Government
12.Hon. D.M. Swaminathan – Minister of Rehabilitation, Resettlement, Northern Development and Hindu Religious Affairs
13 Hon. Sagala Ratnayake – Minister of Project Management, Youth Affairs and Southern Development
  1. Hon. Mano Ganesan – Minister of National Co-existence, Reconciliation and Official Languages
15.Hon. Daya Gamage – Minister of Social Welfare and Primary Industries
16.Field Marshal Hon. Sarath Fonseka – Minister of Sustainable Development, Wildlife and Regional Development

Other ministerial portfolios will remain unchanged and the new State and Deputy Ministers are NOW swearing in  at the Presidential Secretariat . All the Government Ministers and MPs have been summoned for this swearing-in ceremony.
