A 22 year resident of Bahirawakande,Kandy has drowned while bathing in Mahaweli River at Kundasale-Kandy area yesterday(01).The deceased had drowned while bathing with three of his friends it has been revealed.
Pallekale Police are conducting an investigations over the death.
