The Attorney General's Department has today
(09)informed the Colombo High Court Judge Lanka Jayaratne that the Department had objected the Court's decision to allow the two chief suspects of Central Bank Bond Scam Arjun Aloysius and Kasun Palisena who are in prison to apply for bail.
The Attorney General's Department had made it's objection to the Colombo High Court judge in writing.
Colombo High Court Judge to deliver her verdict over the bail applications of two chief suspects of the Central Bank Bond Scam after considering the facts produced by both the suspects and the Attorney General's Department at 2 p.m on 16th of February.
Both Arjun Aloysius and Kasun Palisena attached to Perpetual Treasuries Limited were remanded until 16th of February over their involvement in the Bond Scam.
