Kekirawa District Court Judge has today (18) refused
to grant bail to a farmer who is in remand over causing the death to a Tusker by electrocution in his land .
The suspected farmer who was arrested by the Moragoda Police and later remanded by the court over the death of the Tusker who was around 25 years old was further remanded until 21st of December by the District Judge.
Moragoda Police have arrested the 32 year old suspected farmer who is a resident of alagollawa area on 08th of December over t he killing of the Tusker.
