Hatton Magistrate Has Ordered The Police To Arrest MP Arumugam Thondaman's Son Over An Assault Incident

Hatton Magistrate has ordered to arrest the Arumugam Jeevan Thondaman the son of Ceylon Workers Congress Leader MP Arumugam Thondaman over attacking a group of supporters of the National Workers Congress at a funeral house in Maskeliya area on 07th of December.

Another four members of the Ceylon Workers Congress including it's Vice President M.Rameshwaran were released on a personal bail of Rs.100,000 each by the Magistrate after been produced them before the Court following their surrender to the Police.

 The person who got injured due to the attack is currently receiving treatment in Kandy Teaching Hospital.
