The Deputy Home Affairs Minister Nimal Lansa has been resigned from his portfolio today(19)over several issued arisen in party politics it has been reported.

MP Lansa had been resigned from his portfolio due to the problems arisen when appointing organizers of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party(SLFP) according to reports.He had been submitted his resignation letter to the Presidential Secretariat .
