Heavy Traffic Reported In Colombo-Kandy Road Due To A Bursting Of A Pipe Line

Heavy Traffic had been reported on Kandy-Colombo road since this morning(20) due to a bursting  of an internal pipe line near the BO Tree at Kadawatha.

Due to the bursting of the pipe line , water supply to Ganemulle road,Kiribathgoda-Pushparamaya road,Gonahena Road,Ragama Road and Kadawatha City  has been suspended for 16 hours according to the National Water Supplies And Drainage Board.

The heavy traffic still prevails in  lane where the vehicles arriving in to Colombo on Colombo-Kandy road.
