Ella Police have issued warnings to the public and motorists that there's a risk of collapsing sand mounts to the Ella-Wellawaya road especially between the 24th and 25th Kilo Meter posts due to the prevailing rainy weather condition .Police have requested the motorists to be on alert when driving vehicles on the road.
