A 22 year old youth had drowned in seas of
Kappaladiya ,Kalpitiya this evening (25) while bathing.
The youth along with three of his friends went to bath have drowned while bathing and a foreign couple had rescued three youth it has been revealed.
However the 22 year old youth reported as missing drowned and disappeared.
The Navy along with the Police have launched a joint search operation to rescue the missing youth.
