Around seven houses severely damaged due to a fire erupted in Daham Mawatha (Road) ,Maharagama (Colombo) today (12).Fire brigade attached to Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia Municipal Council arrived at the scene managed to douse the fire before it could spread further it has been reported.
No casualties have been reported due to the fire and Police believed an electrical short circuit may have caused the fire.
