Four persons who were transported 3.4 kilos of Kerala Cannabis by a three wheeler
had been arrested during a joint raid carried out by the Sri Lanka Navy personal and Police yesterday (25) in mattakkuliya area(Colombo) .
Four suspects , the stock of Kerala Cannabis and the three wheeler used to transport the Cannabis had been handed over to the Mattakkuliya Police for further investigations .
